Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales & Business Development to drive our sales initiatives and expand our market reach. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and target potential clients in various sectors, including corporate, educational, and entertainment industries.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned client accounts.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales & Lead Specialist, Business Development Specialist, or similar role.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
